    I think whether it is art/crime depends on the circumstances really.

    As long as it is not tagging with anything gang related, it is art! In San Diego, California one of the largest streets has all its electrical/phone boxes covered in graffiti art since the city allows it.. I think it has like 200 art murals just on that street? Weird huh?

    well i would say art but then again, it can be pretty ugly too, I think you could say that graffiti is art but tagging is a crime... Anyway i love these picture they are really nice
